Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Solutions Management Associate Director to help translate technology strategy into product roadmaps, operational improvements, and business outcomes across the Global Market Insights (GMI) organization.

This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and product delivery organizations to ensure strategic priorities are translated into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in product management, ownership, business analysis, or planning.
• Ability to translate objectives into technology roadmaps and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum and software delivery lifecycles.
• Proven track record delivering value through tech products or initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs to align with strategic priorities.
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consensus and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Work with engineering and Agile delivery teams to ensure timely value delivery and process improvements.
• Evaluate new technologies and opportunities to improve user experience, scalability, and operational performance.
