Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in operations or related roles.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical operational processes.
• Strong mindset for evaluating performance and mitigating risks.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without authority.
• Healthcare data or life sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into scalable operating models and client-facing plans.
• Act as operational bridge across product, account, and client service teams.
• Establish operating cadences, service standards, and pricing guidance.
• Gather feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage priorities without direct authority.
• Monitor performance and drive mitigation strategies for service delivery.
