Job summary

JD Power Dealer Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Solutions Specialist to support our Inventory platform and help clients maximize inventory management value. You will onboard new clients, configure setups, train users, and drive adoption in collaboration with our team.

You will resolve customer issues via phone or email, document interactions in our CRM, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate, timely implementations and strong client satisfaction.

JD Power Dealer Solutions, a leading provider of software solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking an Entry-Level Solutions Specialist to join our Automotive Dealer Solutions team and support our Inventory platform. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer support and helping clients maximize the value of our inventory management solutions.

Our team is responsible for onboarding and implementing new clients, guiding them through the entire process from initial set-up and configuration to training and successful adoption. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This position has a starting salary range of $49,000 - 57,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee's pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
