Key Responsibilities
  • Administers contractor equipment processes and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational and client requirements.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex client requests and equipment needs, balancing priorities to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Applies knowledge of contractor equipment and the electrical industry to identify solutions and support customer requirements.
  • Develops somewhat complex proposals and estimates for equipment needs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer goals.
  • Implements standard operating procedures for equipment usage, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Communicates with customers to understand equipment needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluates customer feedback and market trends to refine equipment offerings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Documents equipment transactions, processes, and customer interactions to maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
