Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Project suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the enterprise PMO team and IT project managers to support project transparency.
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of project portfolios.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Plan and monitor overall program progress.
• Manage risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Align project deliverables with program outcomes.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive enterprise-level program and project coordination across stakeholders, with a focus on aligning execution to broader healthcare operational goals. The Solutions Program Manager will partner closely with senior leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to improve transparency, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Success in this position will require strong program discipline, risk management, and the ability to translate complex work into clear outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,000 – $135,000 annually
