Job summary

Ladders is seeking an IT Program Manager- Community Connect to join a leader in the healthcare space. This role will manage multiple interrelated technical initiatives within a PMO, ensuring disciplined execution and alignment across stakeholders.

Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation is $106,080 – $176,820 annually, reflecting experience and scope; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

  • Epic certification in clinical or revenue cycle required.
  • 3 years of IT program/project management experience with a degree.
  • 5 years of IT program/project management experience without a degree.
  • Experience with Epic installations or enhancements is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated technical projects within the PMO.
  • Develop and implement best practices and guidelines for project management.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project teams.
  • Monitor project dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Gather and report consolidated project status and financial information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leadership to resolve project challenges.

For our client, we are seeking a IT Program Manager- Community Connect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee multiple interrelated technical initiatives within a PMO environment, ensuring strong coordination, disciplined execution, and alignment across stakeholders. The position will focus on driving project best practices, managing dependencies, and supporting leadership with clear visibility into status, risk, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will also partner closely with project teams to provide mentorship, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum across complex programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,080 – $176,820 annually
