Job summary

Accelevation in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Solutions Operations Coordinator to serve as a central point of coordination for customer solution activities across the lifecycle of mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and customers to provide visibility, accountability, and structure, track milestones, and support efficient handoffs and documentation across programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Your Impact

As a Solutions Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a central point of coordination for customer solution activities throughout the lifecycle of mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will help ensure project modifications, customer requests, commercial updates, engineering workflows, and operational processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

Working closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and customers, you will provide visibility, accountability, and structure across project execution activities while helping Accelevation deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing details while collaborating across multiple functions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Solutions Operations & Project Coordination
    • Coordinate operational activities associated with customer solutions and project execution
    • Serve as a central point of contact for solution-related requests, project modifications, and cross-functional coordination
    • Facilitate communication between Sales, Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance
    • Track project actions, deliverables, approvals, milestones, and customer commitments
    • Support effective handoffs between commercial, engineering, and execution teams
  • Change Management & Commercial Support
    • Coordinate the intake, review, tracking, and implementation of customer-requested changes
    • Maintain visibility into change orders, scope modifications, engineering revisions, and commercial adjustments
    • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate schedule, cost, material, and resource impacts associated with changes
    • Ensure proper approvals and supporting documentation are completed prior to implementation
    • Support proposal development, quotations, and pricing updates related to project modifications
  • Documentation & Process Administration
    • Maintain project records, solution documentation, customer communications, approvals, and supporting materials
    • Ensure documentation is organized, accurate, current, and accessible
    • Support contract administration activities and document revisions
    • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process documentation
    • Monitor compliance with internal approval and review processes
  • Reporting & Data Management
    • Develop and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and operational reports
    • Monitor project activity, workflow status, change requests, and solution pipeline metrics
    • Provide leadership with visibility into workload, project modifications, approval cycle times, and execution risks
    • Support data accuracy across ERP, CRM, project management, and workflow management platforms
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operational processes
    • Support automation, workflow enhancements, and scalable business process improvements
    • Assist in establishing reporting standards, performance metrics, and operational KPIs
    • Contribute to initiatives that improve customer responsiveness, project execution, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, engineering administration, customer support, construction administration, or a similar role
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting data center infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, electrical systems, modular construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects
    • Experience with ERP, CRM, project management, or workflow management systems
    • Familiarity with project financials, customer contracts, and commercial processes
    • Experience coordinating engineering, construction, or technical project activities

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based and requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and project stakeholders.
