LOCATION: Cambridge, MA (hybrid) OR U.S. (remote)

This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who We Are:

TriNetX connects healthcare organizations and researchers across the globe so they can see what’s happening in real patient populations—not guesses, not simulations.

Our aim is simple and ambitious: Provide a clear path to trustworthy answers, whether your goal is to create promising new therapies, publish groundbreaking research, or improve health outcomes.

We keep identifiable data where it belongs—inside more than 11,000+ clinical sites across 20+ countries—preserving security, provenance, and granularity. Our trusted partnerships with providers ensure high-fidelity data, and a properly governed linkage back to individual patients.

At TriNetX, we enable life sciences, healthcare, and academic institutions to strengthen human health—with data you can trace, evidence you can defend, and answers you can trust.

Who We Are Looking For:

The Solutions Manager supports the development and execution of TriNetX solution and vertical strategies through market research, customer discovery, structured analysis, and cross-functional coordination, partnering closely with Product, Commercial, Data Management and Informatics, and Delivery to shape solution narratives, create go-to-market enablement assets, and support commercial execution.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Support solution and vertical strategy through market research, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and buyer workflow analysis.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from internal stakeholders, customers, and market sources to inform solution strategy and roadmap recommendations.
  • Build and maintain foundational materials that articulate customer problems, differentiated value, and key proof points.
  • Support development of business case components, including market sizing inputs, assumptions, competitive comparisons, and value proposition evidence.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to document solution requirements, clarify scope, and track decisions and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain solution toolkit materials, including use-case framing, pitch deck content, ROI narrative inputs, discovery guides, objection handling, and competitive battlecards.
  • Support go-to-market readiness by coordinating cross-functional inputs, documenting launch decisions, and tracking milestones and dependencies.
  • Assist with packaging and pricing work by gathering competitive benchmarks, supporting value-based pricing narratives, and maintaining SKU and offering documentation.
  • Support commercial execution by drafting customer-ready materials from defined scope and SKUs and coordinating review with Delivery, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders.
  • Translate business questions into structured components, including problem statements, hypotheses, issue trees, and workplans.
  • Conduct discovery, including stakeholder interviews and customer calls, and document findings and synthesize themes.
  • Produce clear, well-structured deliverables (slides, written summaries, readouts) that communicate insights and recommendations, and maintain project management materials such as workplans, stakeholder maps, decision logs, and KPI trackers.
What You Bring to TriNetX:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience should be in areas such as strategy, consulting, business operations, product operations, analytics, solutioning, healthcare/life sciences, or related commercial functions (e.g., marketing, product management).
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear written outputs and executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving priorities.
Preferred:
  • Experience in health tech, life sciences, data platforms, analytics, or technology-enabled services.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem.
