Slalom, a leading technology and business transformation firm, seeks a leader of its Cloud and Build capability in the Americas. This director-level role drives sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization, with residency within the assigned market and responsibility for an individual P&L.
You will mentor go-to-market teams, participate in staffing, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue goals while delivering high-impact outcomes for clients.

As leader level within our Cloud and Build capability in the Americas, you will operate as part of a broader go-to-market leadership network. The role drives sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization, supporting clients as they build, scale, and operate digital products and platforms. A requirement of this role is residency within the assigned market.
This role will align regional Capability strategies with market needs by acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader. You will collaborate closely with clients and industry partners to identify opportunities. Additionally, you will support and develop a go-to-market team, contribute to delivery through billable roles with specific utilization targets, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue goals and address capability challenges.
You possess deep technology delivery and leadership experience, with a passion for building teams and client partnerships. You are skilled as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, with expertise in product engineering, cloud operations, AI-accelerated engineering, and large-scale delivery models. Your leadership is inspirational and proactive, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, growth, and market-focused strategic thinking.
