Slalom in Detroit is seeking a senior leader to shape product engineering and cloud capabilities, aligning market needs with a clear capability strategy. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive outcomes with clients, and partner with sales to grow revenue in your market.

A requirement of this role is to live within commutable distance from our Detroit office.
This role will align regional or country-wide Capability strategies with market needs by acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader. You will collaborate closely with clients and industry partners to identify opportunities. Additionally, you will support and develop a go-to-market team, contribute to delivery through billable roles with specific utilization targets, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue goals and address capability challenges.
You possess deep technology delivery and leadership experience, with a passion for building teams and client partnerships. You are skilled as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, with expertise in product engineering, cloud operations, AI‑accelerated engineering, and large‑scale delivery models. Your leadership is inspirational and proactive, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, growth, and market‑focused strategic thinking.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $220,000 to $269,000 and the targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal is $193,000 to $236,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
