Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of solution architecture experience delivering high-security, high-availability solutions.
- Minimum 5 years in cloud-based solutions delivery using best practices.
- Demonstrated Scrum Master experience on strategic technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team by setting priorities, assigning work, coaching, and onboarding.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across discovery, design, and deployment of solutions.
- Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans with risk and capacity awareness.
- Deliver secure, reliable, and well-documented solutions across their lifecycle.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and change activities to ensure adoption and transition to support.
- Apply governance, security, compliance, and documentation standards to improve quality and risk management.
- Use metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for modernization or retirement.
