Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Completed at least three years of undergraduate study prior to the internship.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in electrical power systems, power distribution, or product engineering.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within team environments.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of low-voltage power distribution equipment and electrical assemblies.
• Support the creation and maintenance of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis activities.
• Assist engineering teams with design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address production challenges and improve product quality and efficiency.
• Support compliance efforts related to UL, NEC, NEMA, and other applicable industry standards.
• Conduct engineering research, data analysis, and technical evaluations to support product enhancements and new product development.
• Help identify opportunities to improve product reliability, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to product or process issues.
• Work closely with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
