• Design, assemble, and troubleshoot prototype systems across hydraulic, electrical, and software domains for off-highway vehicles.
• Troubleshoot real-world problems on prototype systems at component level and on test vehicles.
• Develop software and control programs for embedded systems that control hydraulic components.
• Analyze test data, document findings, and present conclusions to lead engineers for design decisions.
• Collaborate with a global team across manufacturing, sales, and supply chain to bring innovative designs to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Get hands-on experience designing, building, and testing the complexmulti-domain systems(hydraulic, electrical, and software) that power modern off-highway vehicles.
• Use your engineering skills to troubleshoot real-world problems on prototype systems, both at the component level and on test vehicles.
• Develop software and control programs for the embedded systems that control our advanced hydraulic components.
• Analyze test data, document your findings, and present your conclusions to help our lead engineers make critical design decisions.
• Collaborate with a global team of experts across manufacturing, sales, and supply chain to help bring innovative new designs to life.

What We're Looking For

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree inMechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering(or a related field).
• You have completed at least 60 credit hours of college coursework.
• A stronghands-on aptitudeand a passion for working on complex machinery like cars, farm equipment, or construction vehicles.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with engineering software likeMATLAB/Simulinkor3D CAD is a plus.
• You can start work in spring 2027; other start dates may be available.
