Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
• Completed at least 60 credit hours of college coursework.
• Hands-on aptitude and passion for working on complex machinery like cars, farm equipment, or construction vehicles.
• Start work in spring 2027; other start dates may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design, assemble, and troubleshoot prototype systems across hydraulic, electrical, and software domains for off-highway vehicles.
• Troubleshoot real-world problems on prototype systems at component level and on test vehicles.
• Develop software and control programs for embedded systems that control hydraulic components.
• Analyze test data, document findings, and present conclusions to lead engineers for design decisions.
• Collaborate with a global team across manufacturing, sales, and supply chain to bring innovative designs to life.
