Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to support the sales and channel teams by proving technical value and driving successful outcomes. You will help acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing ones, contributing to deal progression and overall sales efficiency.
This hybrid role requires 1–2 days in our London office per week, collaborating across sales, product, and engineering to deliver compelling demonstrations and win new channel
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales or solutions engineering within SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to evaluate prospective customers
- Support technical proofs of concept and demos to simplify the buyer’s journey
- Link customer pain points to proposed cloud solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and assist in winning channel partners
- Gather and communicate customer needs to product/engineering for improvements
- Conduct competitive research to inform positioning and strategy
- Assist in building business cases for prospective customers
- Assist in managing RFP/RFI responses and documentation
