Job summary

Splunk, a Cisco company, is seeking Solutions Engineers to be the customer-facing technical leaders driving end-to-end engagements. You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure long-term success and maximize the impact of Splunk’s security and observability platform.

You will develop deep expertise in Splunk’s portfolio, lead portfolio engagements, and operationalize hybrid/cloud solutions within customers’ environments, delivering value across multiple use cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years selling and delivering enterprise software for cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments.
• Experience with SaaS delivery model.
• Ability to travel to DC region.
• Active government clearance TS/SCI/CI poly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and Splunk teams to ensure long-term success and growth within Splunk’s customer base.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise of Splunk’s portfolio and its use-cases.
• Own Splunk’s portfolio, end-to-end technical engagement, and customer experience.
• Drive the Solutions Architect engagements for positioning Splunk’s solutions.
• Operationalize Splunk’s foundational solutions in the customer environment.
