Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, English with a minor in Information Technology, or equivalent AND 3 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for proposals and client interactions.
• Experience with proposal management, RFIs/RFPs, and editing technical content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and format comprehensive responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and insights.
• Ensure proposals comply with government requirements and client needs.
• Coordinate deadlines and maintain quality standards for all deliverables.
