Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• 2 years of experience with capital equipment preferred; combination of sales, engineering, and design.
• Recent engineering program graduates will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and competitor comparison/analysis.
• Perform thermal calculations for electric, electrode, steam, and hot water boiler systems.
• Analyze and review customer specifications from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Support Sales and Business Development Managers to assist independent sales representatives and customers.
• Prepare cost analyses and collaborate on pricing strategies.
• Translate customer specifications into engineered solutions.
• Generate budgetary quotations and final bid proposals in a timely fashion.
• Maintain active proposals and quoting pipeline.
• Assist project management on active orders.
• Collaborate with engineering for customer submittal drawings.
