Job summary

EXFO is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the Americas NEMs and Labs team. The role focuses on high-speed transmission testing, with travel up to 25–50% and preference for the Western US region.

You’ll engage with network equipment manufacturers, hyperscale labs, and university centers to demonstrate and apply EXFO’s high-speed measurement solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-speed test equipment, strong communication, and a degree in Telecommunications, Optics, or

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience with high-speed communications test equipment.
• Proficient in pre-sales technical demonstrations and evaluations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent EXFO as a high-speed transmission expert onsite and at industry events.
• Provide pre-sales support including demonstrations, evaluations, and technical reviews of products.
• Support trade shows, conferences and customer demonstrations with technical product applications.
• Participate in field evaluations to train customers on EXFO testing solutions.
• Collaborate with BU and Marketing to keep product information current.
• Provide feedback to BU on competitive intel and new feature requests.
