Job summary

EXFO America Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the Americas NEMs and Labs team. The role focuses on high-speed transmission testing knowledge and customer-facing pre-sales activities, with travel across the Americas.

The candidate will demonstrate products, perform evaluations, and deliver technical reviews at customer sites and industry events, in addition to field training to customers on EXFO testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with high-speed communications test equipment.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Optics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• English written and verbal proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent EXFO as a high-speed transmission technology expert onsite and at industry events.
• Provide pre-sales support to the NEM and Lab customer base, including demonstrations, evaluations, and technical reviews.
• Provide support presence at trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations focusing on technical product applications.
• Participate in field evaluations to ensure customers are trained on EXFO solutions.
• Work with the BU and Marketing to keep product information current for the market.
• Provide feedback to BU on competitive information and feature requests.
