Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, notes, labs).
• Familiarity with Excel/CSVs and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own primary workflow for assigned clients, including pilots and live accounts.
• Communicate data requirements, timelines, and outcomes with team and clients.
• Ingest, clean, and process client data (spreadsheets, claims, notes).
• Pull, transform, and validate datasets using Python, SQL, and related tools.
• Develop scripts to automate recurring data prep and delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot ingestion pipelines and QA outputs.
• Ensure outputs meet accuracy, security, and HIPAA standards.
• Deliver client results with SME input.
• Track client health metrics to support renewals.
• Help refine internal playbooks and templates as team scales.
