Job summary
Road Ready, a Clarience Technologies business, is seeking a consultative Solutions Engineer to help fleet, OEM, and leasing customers understand how connected-fleet technology can address their operational needs. You will translate hardware, firmware, software, connectivity, and sensor capabilities into clear customer value and serve as the technical partner to Sales during the presales process.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in sales engineering or similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Fluency with SaaS platforms, connected hardware, sensors, telemetry, and related tech.
- Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and tailor product demonstrations for fleet customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Translate hardware, firmware, and software capabilities into customer value.
- Represent Road Ready at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Assist with pilots, proofs of concept, and evaluations.
