Job summary

Quvia is seeking a Solutions Engineer to interface with customers, design tailored satellite and terrestrial communication solutions, and oversee installs and testing across multiple verticals. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will work with enterprise customers, coordinate with sales, product, and engineering teams, and help shape the next generation of Quvia products through practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in satellite and terrestrial communications.
• 3–5 years networking and RF engineering experience.
• Experience managing virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM).
• Experience with NGFW and SD-WAN platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki/Viptela).
• SATCOM knowledge is a plus.
• Solid hardware/OS understanding.
• Automation of workflows for demos/POCs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design satellite communication solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new customers.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems.
• Troubleshoot issues during POC and deploy fixes with teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solutions and services.
• Act as a technical advisor on best practices for terrestrial and satellite systems.
• Lead trainings for customers and internal teams on Quvia products.
