Job summary
Three Pillars Recruiting is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer/Solutions Engineer to deeply understand client media buying workflows, identify automation opportunities, and bridge gaps with integrations or new features. You will own end-to-end proof-of-concepts and drive adoption of scalable automation across client teams.
You’ll configure integrations, write scripts, and troubleshoot at the root cause level while guiding biweekly standups and leadership reviews.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communicator able to translate complex concepts for buyers and stakeholders.
- Experience reading error logs, forming hypotheses, and fixing issues.
- Comfortable with APIs and troubleshooting data flows.
- Naturally organized; able to run multiple POCs in parallel.
Responsibilities
- Understand client workflows in depth to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end POCs, own platform connections, scoping, and final readouts.
- Configure integrations, write scripts, troubleshoot at root cause level.
- Run biweekly standups, monthly reviews, and deep dives to keep projects on track.
- Shape the product roadmap based on actual client workflows and feedback.
- Help define scalable onboarding and playbooks for client success as an early hire.
