Coordinate with master scheduler, application engineering teams (AE) and project management team (PM) on changes to orders after they have been scheduled.
Monitor Siemens Pricing Configurators (COMPAS) system for changes and updates to existing orders.
Advise fees and report delays to customers and engineering due to changes.
Upload new documents that are required to make changes.
Provide regular reporting to the organization on changes and there cause.
Coordinate with PM’s and project engineers on change order management as it relates to project timelines and needs
Help maintain SAP dates related to changes, production schedules updated and communicate changes through appropriate channels.
Improve change order process to minimize delays and improve profit.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager.
Proficient in SAP
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel and/or Access) and strong math skills/background.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Knowledge of Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment
Prior experience with complex engineering, production, or service environments
Microsoft Project
PMP-Project Management Professional training/certification
