Ntara is looking for a Solutions Engineer (SE) with a high drive for client-centricity and expertise in Product Experience Management (PXM). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PIM, DAM, and Ecommerce systems to drive digital transformation for our clients. Ntara seeks a team player capable of leading and collaborating across departments to deliver award-winning work for our clients.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will plan and document large-scale digital transformation projects involving content management systems, product information systems, digital asset management, and ecommerce platforms. A successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency across the digital ecosystem.

This role is remote. Most staff are based in Johnson City, Tennessee, US (GMT-5). Applicants should be able to work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern US Time, Monday through Friday.

What you'll own

1. Build relationships with clients and support pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
2. Collaborate with the new business and accounts teams.
3. Act as a lead consultant to understand client goals, workflows, and processes.
4. Use system knowledge to drive system strategy.
5. Work with client teams to prioritize and develop digital roadmaps.
6. Manage system improvement projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment.
7. Engage in problem-solving and documentation of client solutions.
8. Support PIM systems, ecommerce websites, digital asset management platforms, and other applications.
9. Interview stakeholders to understand their needs.
10. Create diagrams of complex systems, processes, and integrations.
11. Document system attributes and mappings for integrations.
12. Gather requirements and write technical specifications.
13. Ensure quality in deliverables.
14. Develop process improvements and standardize procedures.
15. Manage change and train others on new processes.
16. Manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Experience

1. Experience in a consulting environment.
2. Product Information Management (PIM) platform experience (e.g., inRiver, Akeneo, Salsify).
3. Data analysis experience.
4. Systems architecture knowledge.
5. Proven leadership skills.
6. Master Data Management (MDM) experience.
7. Ecommerce platform experience, including implementation and integrations.
8. Content Management System (CMS) experience.
9. Knowledge of third-party APIs and SDKs, including SOAP and REST web services.
10. Familiarity with ASP.NET C# and Azure infrastructure.
11. Ability to manage billable and non-billable hours.
12. Curiosity and inquisitiveness.
