Job summary

Neural Concept in the Detroit area is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the US East Coast. This hybrid role balances engineering credibility with strategic pre-sales, owning discovery, demos, and the SOW while guiding accounts through to delivery with the Forward Deployed Engineering team.

You bring an engineering background, CAD/CAE fluency, and strong communication to influence executives and engineers alike, driving adoption across client workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering degree and ability to translate client challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management preferred.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner across engineering teams and executives.
• Lead structured discovery to identify high-impact, technically feasible use cases.
• Define AI strategy and a technical roadmap for each account, aligning with product direction.
• Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in engineering workflows.
• Co-own the Statement of Work and understand technical building blocks to transform workflows.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees and connect engineering challenges to outcomes.
• Drive user adoption across technical users, managers, and designers to embed NC in daily workflows.
• Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into well-scoped proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to smooth pre-sales to delivery transitions.
