Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer focused on Agents & Automation to build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 tools.

You will govern agent lifecycles, implement secure patterns, and enable scalable, governed environments across Power Platform and Azure. You will work hands‑on to implement declarative and custom agents, with governance, cost controls, and security capabilities across Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Entra

Qualifications

• Technical SME for workforce agent solutions across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Hands‑on implementation of declarative agents and custom engines.
• Experience with governance, DLP, and secure agent operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead agent governance implementation across Power Platform and Azure.
• Design secure, compliant agent environments and lifecycle management.
• Develop reusable technical assets and reference architectures.
• Guide customers in agent development, evaluation, and observability.
• Translate business requirements into workflows and integrations.
