Job summary

InfoSum is a privacy-first data collaboration platform trusted by global brands. The Solutions Engineer will own client implementations, from discovery through go-live, acting as the primary technical contact and DevOps resource across multiple cloud environments.

You will write SQL queries and Python scripts to deliver insights, support pre-sale discussions, and develop robust documentation and playbooks as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python, with hands-on coding experience.
• Experience in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Familiarity with API integrations between platforms.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of WPP clients and partners as the primary technical contact.
• Design and execute data collaboration solutions from discovery to go-live and optimization.
• Serve as a customer-facing DevOps resource during post-sale cycles; troubleshoot and maintain implementations.
