Job summary

WPP’s InfoSum Solutions Engineer will join the North American Client Services team, leading technical implementations for major brands. You’ll scope, design, and deploy data collaboration solutions, troubleshoot across cloud environments, and drive post-sale success.

The role blends engineering rigor with client-facing collaboration in a fast-evolving AdTech/MarTech landscape. Expect to work across GCP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and Databricks, build data workflows, and contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency required; platform uses a SQL-like language.
• Hands-on Python for data operations; actual coding required.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP/Snowflake/AWS/Azure/Databricks).
• API integration experience with platform integrations.
• AdTech/MarTech experience essential.
• Familiarity with data collaboration or clean rooms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of WPP clients and partners as the primary technical contact and implementation lead.
• Scope, design, and execute data collaboration solutions from discovery through go-live and optimization.
• Act as a customer-facing DevOps resource during post-sale cycles: troubleshooting, building, and maintaining client implementations across cloud environments.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts; build data workflows to deliver insights and activate campaigns.
• Support pre-sale technical conversations, solution design, and proof-of-concept work with the sales team.
• Build and maintain technical documentation, implementation playbooks, and process standards as the team scales.
• Implement InfoSum's native app technology across GCP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks over 6–12 months.
• Support Data Meter, Data Catalog, and Dataset Audit initiatives.
