Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for customer liaison and technical guidance for BESS projects, including solution presentation, demand assessment, technical Q&A, and translating customer needs into technical solutions.
2. Independently complete the solution design for conventional BESS projects (covering equipment selection, electrical topology, etc.), and prepare and archive pre-sales technical documents.
3. Provide end‑to‑end technical support from project lead to contract signing, ensure compliant project delivery, and support business expansion.
4. Collaborate with internal and external teams, participate in technical training, marketing promotion, and exhibition technical presentations, and share project experience to empower business.
5. Support the team in technical task allocation and team knowledge accumulation, and assist in advancing matters related to solution design and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Power Systems, Automation, or other related engineering disciplines.
• Relevant experience in the new energy industry is preferred.
• Possess basic knowledge of energy storage systems and design capabilities for product applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and customer orientation.
