Job description

We Move Fast, Think on Our Feet, and Have Fun Doing It!

At Eleven, we thrive on solving complex challenges and pushing boundaries. We work at a rapid pace, embracing change, and staying laser-focused on delivering exceptional value to our customers.

We’re looking for visionary problem-solvers who excel in dynamic environments, embrace AI tools in streamlining work processes, adapt quickly, and drive innovation. If you love thinking outside the box, collaborating with top-tier talent, and having fun while making an impact—let’s talk!

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority to help successfully deploy Eleven’s Wi‑Fi and network management platforms at scale, partnering with Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers, Engineering, Local Service Providers (LSPs), and delivery partners. Your primary responsibility is to enable and support LSPs throughout the implementation lifecycle by providing technical guidance, deployment expertise, design validation, troubleshooting, and operational best practices. Rather than deliver every implementation directly, you will build partner capability, drive consistent deployment standards, and ensure high‑quality customer outcomes through scalable enablement, automation, and continuous improvement.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

This role will report to the VP of Implementation and has no direct reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as the technical lead for several concurrent engagements with current and prospective enterprise customers.
  • Establish credibility with the customer’s IT/network team on assigned accounts, becoming the trusted technical counterpart for all deployment-related topics.

  • Develop and document reusable implementation playbooks, standards, and validation procedures.
  • Standardize deployment methodologies across LSPs.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to deployment forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
Partner Success & Technical Leadership
  • Build trusted relationships with LSP engineering teams.
  • Deliver technical workshops, onboarding and certification.
  • Mentor partner engineers on Stella deployment methodologies.
  • Measure partner capability and recommend continuous improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Assist Implementation and Customer Success teams with technical planning and customer escalations.
  • Evaluate new deployment tools and technologies.
