Thesis Care is building the AI-powered care team platform for infinitely scalable clinical capacity. We radically increase access and improve quality of care by combining AI agents with clinical experts to take on high-impact clinical operations and care management activities for healthcare organizations.
We’re based in NYC, are growing rapidly, and are backed by significant venture funding from leading healthtech investors.
A Thesis Solution Engineer designs how our product integrates into each customer’s stack, and gives our Delivery team the technical firepower to move fast without stalling on engineering. This is a client-facing, hands‑on role for someone who can reason about systems they don’t own, translate fluidly between technical and business audiences, and carry ownership from pre‑sales through implementation handoff. You’ll partner closely with our Tech Leads, Delivery team, and customers, and you’ll be a key technical voice in the room on every deal.
Target Compensation for this role is 200-250K, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
