About Us

Thesis Care is building the AI-powered care team platform for infinitely scalable clinical capacity. We radically increase access and improve quality of care by combining AI agents with clinical experts to take on high-impact clinical operations and care management activities for healthcare organizations. We’re based in NYC, are growing rapidly, and are backed by significant venture funding from leading healthtech investors.

About The Role

A Thesis Solution Engineer designs how our product integrates into each customer’s stack, and gives our Delivery team the technical firepower to move fast without stalling on engineering. This is a client-facing, hands‑on role for someone who can reason about systems they don’t own, translate fluidly between technical and business audiences, and carry ownership from pre-sales through implementation handoff. You’ll partner closely with our Tech Leads, Delivery team, and customers, and you’ll be a key technical voice in the room on every deal.

Responsibilities
  • Client‑facing technical solution design: Design how our product integrates into each customer’s existing stack, accounting for APIs, data flows, auth, and infrastructure, and explain that solution back to the buyer in terms they care about.
  • Technical support for Delivery: Be the technical expert our Delivery team relies on throughout implementation, resolving customer and internal questions on integration, architecture, and data so delivery keeps moving instead of waiting on engineering.
  • Work breakdown for aligned scope: Once scope is aligned, partner with Tech Leads to turn it into a consolidated plan, surfacing dependencies before the build starts rather than during it.
  • POC and pilot scoping: Scope and run proofs‑of‑concept and pilots so they validate the right things, close the deal, and set up a clean path to full implementation.
  • Handoff and enablement: Leave both the customer’s team and our internal teams with documentation and technical context they can actually use after you step out of the day‑to‑day.
We expect you to have
  • A proven professional pedigree: You bring 4-6 years of experience, preferably with time spent at a high-growth, early-stage company where you've shipped in ambiguous, fast‑moving conditions.
  • Hands‑on technical ability: Enough engineering chops to build demos, write integration code, and debug live without escalating everything.
  • Systems and architecture fluency: A solid grasp of our product architecture and the ability to reason about a customer’s stack (APIs, data flows, auth, infrastructure), including systems you don’t own.
  • Technical‑to‑business translation: The ability to turn a customer’s business problem into a technical solution, explain it back in terms the buyer cares about, and cut the details that don’t matter to the audience in front of you.
  • Discovery and scoping: Sharp questions that surface real requirements versus stated ones, and the judgment to scope POCs that prove the right thing and spot deals that won’t work technically before weeks get sunk.
  • Customer and sales instinct: The ability to read a room and adjust depth on the fly, handle objections honestly (including "we don't do that today") without killing the deal, and know when to push technical validation versus get out of the way.
  • Communication and presence: Clear written and verbal communication, demos that tell a story rather than click through screens, and calm credibility when something breaks mid‑demo.
  • Healthcare fluency: Comfort with compliance and security topics (HIPAA, data handling, audit requirements) that surface in nearly every deal, and the ability to speak credibly to clinical and operational stakeholders, not just IT.
  • Ownership and range: Curiosity and a fast ramp on unfamiliar tech, comfort with ambiguity, and ownership across the full pre-sales-to-handoff arc rather than throwing things over the wall.

Target Compensation for this role is 200-250K, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
