A Glimpse at Our Team

At AppViewX, our Solutions Engineering team is at the forefront of driving customer success through deep technical expertise and strategic engagement. We work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and technical deep-dives. Our engineers leverage technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native platforms to showcase scalable identity security and automation solutions tailored to enterprise needs

What will you be responsible for?

• Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor at the forefront of customer interactions, designing innovative solutions to address complex business challenges in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Solution Support teams.
• Drive the execution of Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) engagements, showcasing the capabilities and business impact of our platform to prospective customers.
• Develop and deliver customized technical presentations and demonstrations that effectively highlight our solutions’ value and differentiate us from competitors.
• Design and implement detailed onboarding plans with Customer Success Managers, ensuring seamless platform adoption tailored to customers' specific business needs.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to create strategic account plans, foster platform adoption, and deliver product demos and in-depth technical training sessions as needed.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, collaborating with Solution Support teams to diagnose and resolve customer challenges promptly.
• Facilitate technical workshops, webinars, and customer lunch-and-learn sessions to educate customers and support marketing and branding initiatives.
• Engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand our footprint and supporting sales objectives.
• Gather feedback from POC/POV and customer interactions to influence product enhancements and long-term roadmap development, working closely with product management teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions as cutting-edge and impactful for customer needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge on PKI and Cryptography
• You have, over the years, refined your troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• You can communicate with business and technical prospects in a clear and valuable manner.
• You propose unconventional solutions with a high success rate to enterprise customers.
• You don’t stop until you achieve your team’s goals.
• Proficiency in Linux & Windows
• Familiarity in Cloud, ADCs, Virtualization, and python.
