Kratos Growth is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to own the first-ever client product build from brief to signed-off deliverable. You will coordinate with Client Success, Data Sourcing, Data Engineering and Visualization to bring the product to life, with hands-on data work and QA.
You will manage 2-4 Digital Analysts and contractors, ensure feasibility, and balance templated vs bespoke delivery. Remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.
Our client's AI-powered consumer intelligence platform delivers strategic insights for global brands such as Coca Cola, Unilever, and Bayer. We're looking for a Solutions Delivery Lead to join their rapidly growing team.
You own the first-ever build of a product for a client, from creating and accepting the brief through to handing a signed-off, quality-assured deliverable to the monthly refresh team. You sit in Client Implementation, working alongside Client Success, Data Sourcing, Data Engineering and Visualisation. Many of the steps are executed by other teams. You are the person who holds the whole thing together and makes the product come to life for the first time. That means pressure-testing a commercial brief one hour, designing the data configuration the next, and writing Boolean yourself the hour after. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a project-management role. The reason you can commit to a client date is that you personally know whether the data supports the brief.
Create, accept or reject briefs. Interrogate scope, category, markets and cadence with Client Success. Create the brief. Push back early where a brief is ambiguous or undeliverable. You have real veto on feasibility. If the data can't support it, that's your call and it stands. Commercial calls ('should we take this on anyway?') escalated, with delivery risk documented. Design the configuration (tools, categories, markets) and translate it into concrete data-gathering requirements with our Social, Search and eCom Data Leads. Run the build end to end, directing 2-4 Digital Analysts and a contractor pool without line-managing them. You'll typically run 4-6 concurrent setups, each 3-5 weeks (6-8 for complex multi-market builds). Get hands-on in the data. Write and test Boolean queries in Brandwatch/Talkwalker/Youscan, build and de-noise search keyword lists in Semrush/Ahrefs/Google Trends/Keyword Planner, and do MDM/taxonomy coding yourself. Own QA and sign-off. Check the first output against the original brief, cross-check dashboard numbers against underlying data, and tell Visualisation precisely what's wrong. Hand over cleanly to monthly refresh (configuration, decisions and known quirks written down) and you stay close for the first cycle or two. Turn bespoke into templated. Our delivery model is roughly 60% templated, 40% bespoke. Part of the job is spotting where a one-off should have been a pattern, and writing it up.
