DriveNets Ltd. in New Jersey is seeking a Solutions Delivery Engineer to join our Americas Delivery team.

You will report to the Delivery Director of Americas and provide consulting network solutions to clients in a hybrid role based in New Jersey with travel to Middletown four days a week. The role emphasizes design, migration planning, incident management, and hands-on configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls, plus automation with Python/Bash.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Engineering or a Diploma in Computer Engineering.
• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent ITIL Foundation certification is required.
• Experience with service providers or large enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and provide network solutions.
• Design architecture for high/low-level network features or implementations.
• Configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, and Firewalls, including DriveNets products.
• Create migration plans and manage the activity.
• Take ownership of problems, follow up until resolved and document incidents.
• Organize training to provide manpower to the client.
• Demonstrate proof of concept to customers.
• Perform automated tasks using Python/Bash for repetitive activities.
• Collaborate with sales and other internal teams as needed.
