Job summary

The Consultant Engineer role focuses on configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and migrating Juniper-based solutions for diverse clients, with emphasis on resilience, security, and performance.

You will work with multiple vendors, manage project assignments, and travel to client sites as needed, including after-hours support as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Architect experience to collect and develop business and technical requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client premises as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and migration of Juniper Networks solutions.
• Work with Project Managers and technical leaders on assignments.
• Collaborate with enterprise data infrastructure vendors (Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet).
• Accurately track client work, service calls and timesheets.
• Support presales with solution scoping and create technical runbooks.
• Mentor junior technical resources and provide input for service improvements.
