Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Counsel on the Contracts team for the Americas. You will negotiate high‑volume pre‑M&A contracts, serve as the main client contact for sophisticated funds, and help build client playbooks.

You’ll mentor junior lawyers and advance the firm’s AI‑backed legal tools, contributing to a fast‑paced, high‑impact team culture. Requirements include 6–8+ years in corporate or transactional law, US/Canada license, and strong experience with asset

Qualifications

6–8+ years of post-law school corporate or transactional experience.
Licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
Independent negotiator of pre‑M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters).
Experience with asset managers, investment banks, or financial services clients.
Familiar with legal tech and AI-backed tools; strong client communication.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre‑M&A contracts – including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships with sophisticated investment funds and asset managers.
Maintain and update client playbooks to ensure consistency and quality across negotiations.
Collaborate with and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, contributing to a high-performing team culture.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's legal technology suite using AI-backed tools.
