Job summary

Cayuse is hiring a Solutions Consultant Team Lead to guide customer-facing engagements in pre- and post-award research administration. This player-coach will deliver discovery, demonstrations, and solution validation while elevating the team’s product expertise and presentation quality.

The ideal candidate has experience in sponsored programs, understands researchers' and administrators' challenges, and can translate these into compelling Cayuse demonstrations, helping buyers make informed

Qualifications

7+ years of combined experience in research administration or solutions consulting.
Experience across both pre- and post-award operations with depth in at least one area.
Experience with Cayuse or comparable pre- and post-award platforms.
Ability to lead engaging presentations and coach a team.

Responsibilities

Lead pre- and post-award solution engagements.
Lead discovery and tailored demonstrations across proposal development and award management.
Partner with Account Executives to uncover business problems and define success criteria.
Demonstrate workflows connecting Cayuse capabilities to customer priorities and ROI.
Lead strategic presentations, proofs of concept and solution validation.
Coordinate onboarding plans and module certification standards for the team.
