Job summary

HeyMarvin is seeking a highly motivated Research Consultant to bridge product, sales, and customers. You will tailor demos, advise on research methodologies, and become the internal product training expert to empower sales and customer success teams.

You will lead demonstrations, answer technical questions, and design ongoing training. Travel to client sites will be required to support engagements and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Research, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering or similar in SaaS.
• Deep technical understanding of Qualitative/Quantitative Research, UX or CX.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to design and conduct effective adult learning/training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demos tailored to prospects' research needs.
• Act as strategic advisor; customize demonstrations and proposals.
• Serve as product expert in the sales cycle; answer questions and scope solutions.
• Design, develop, and conduct initial training for new sales and customer success hires.
• Deliver ongoing product training on new features and best practices.
• Provide advanced strategic consultations for high-value customers.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform Product and Marketing teams.
