Job summary

Carta is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its EU Investors team, focusing on venture capital, private equity, and private credit funds. You’ll collaborate with Go-To-Market, deliver technical demos, scope client requirements, and translate complex fund administration concepts into practical solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant with 7+ years in fund structures, strong communication skills, and a passion for software that solves financial challenges.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting or related areas such as corporate finance.
• Deep knowledge of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit).
• Strong understanding of VC/PE fund operations and fund administration.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and client relationships; excellent communication.
• Interest in software products designed to solve technical financial problems and talking to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagement with investment firms to scope requirements and demonstrate Carta products.
• Provide technical coaching to Go-To-Market team and support BD events.
• Collaborate with Fund Admin, Delivery and Product teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Support partners and prospects with finance and legal domain communications.
