Carta is expanding its Fund Administration team and seeks a Senior Fund Accountant to join its growth trajectory in private markets. You will partner with top venture capital firms to streamline their financial accounting needs and liaise with fund CFOs to support strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the Fund Administration suite and help transform consulting services into software-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support funds and SPVs with timely accounting and close processes.
• Provide insights on IRR, TVPI, RVPI and portfolio performance to clients.
