Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.
• Minimum 3+ years of BA/experience is expected.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to work with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to develop relationships and negotiate consensus among stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented culture and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Have a thorough understanding of the BizFlow M platform and its application to customer challenges.
• Identify, document, and model business requirements and translate them into PoCs, user stories, and functional specs.
• Present documentation and demos to customers and partners at all levels, including executives.
• Develop and deliver training content for the BizFlow M platform.
• Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to review requirements and designs.
• Translate technical complexities to stakeholders to ensure understanding of design decisions.
• Assist in test planning to validate delivery meets customer requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to enable informed customer decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities for growth.
