Job summary

BizFlow Corporation is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into innovative BizFlow M platform solutions for enterprise customers. The role focuses on understanding client challenges, decomposing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong IT and enterprise systems knowledge, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years BA experience.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders.
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Understand BizFlow M platform and apply to customer challenges.
Capture and model business and functional requirements into POCs and user stories.
Present documentation and demos to customers and executives.
Develop training content for BizFlow M platform.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams on designs.
Translate technical concepts to project stakeholders.
Assist in test plans to validate delivery meets requirements.
Identify new business opportunities with customers.
