Job summary

BizFlow Corporation is seeking a Solution Architect to join a growing team of professionals as a Trusted Advisor to our customers. You will capture business and user requirements to drive development of innovative solutions, translating them into POCs, user stories, and functional specs within the BizFlow M platform.

The role requires a strong desire to learn, solid IT knowledge, and the ability to consult senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• BA experience minimum 3+ years.
• Experience with Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills with customers and colleagues.
• Able to develop relationships and negotiate consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Understand BizFlow M platform and apply it to customer challenges.
• Document, model, and translate business requirements into POCs and user stories.
• Present documentation and demos to customers and executives.
• Develop training content for BizFlow M platform.
• Represent stakeholders through planning, development, and release processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams on designs.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in test plan development to validate delivery meets requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to enable informed decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
