Job summary

Firstwork builds AI agents that streamline frontline workforce operations. As the first Solutions Consultant in Europe, you will own discovery, demos and implementation planning across the region, translating customer operations into workable solutions for our forward-deployed engineers.

You will conduct discovery with operations, compliance and IT stakeholders, run workshops and on-site demonstrations across Europe, and design solutions while qualifying deals technically.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in solutions consulting, sales engineering or forward-deployed roles.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Rippling, Deel, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Bullhorn, UKG or similar.
• Understanding of HR, workforce or compliance operations.
• Technical credibility on APIs, integrations, data models and security questionnaires.
• Clear writing and ability to turn notes into structured requirements quickly.
• Fluency in how agents behave and when human review is required.
