Job description

Role: Solutions Architect – Teamcenter (Remote)

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement Teamcenter solutions.
2. Lead teams in installing and upgrading Teamcenter environments across small to large PLM setups.
3. Design infrastructure architectures for complex implementations.
4. Gather and document requirements from process SMEs and develop technical solutions.
5. Configure Teamcenter modules such as BMIDE, BOM Management, Workflows, and more.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to installation, deployment, and configuration.
7. Implement PLM/CAD interoperability strategies and develop migration plans into Teamcenter.
8. Perform data modeling and mapping with developers and data owners.
9. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM.
• Experience with BMIDE, Workflow development, and ERP integration.
• Migration experience from legacy systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CAD integration frameworks and programming in ITK, C, C++, Java, scripting languages.
• Understanding of databases, server setups, and performance tuning.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Teamcenter administration.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
