Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership across pre- and post-sales engagements. The role partners with customers as a trusted advisor, delivering design, implementation support, and guidance across cybersecurity environments.

You will work with Solutions Architects and Engineers to craft secure system designs, mentor staff, and develop deployment standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing, deploying and delivering enterprise security solutions.
• Strong technical project management and documentation delivery skills.
• Ability to mentor and onboard new engineers.
• 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Expert level certifications in security domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry certifications

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicates technical information to customers, including both technical and non-technical staff.
• Collaborates with Solutions Architects to design and evaluate systems.
• Mentors and guides engineers across pre- and post-sales.
• Develops deployment standards and aligns with SOWs.
• Assists leadership in identifying services opportunities and hiring efforts.
• Partners with Directors to validate project scopes and bills of materials.

This opportunity is ideal for a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect looking to provide technical leadership across both pre- and post-sales engagements. The role involves partnering with customers as a trusted advisor, delivering consultation, solution design, implementation support, and technical guidance across cybersecurity environments.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicates technical information to customers including technical and non-technical staff
• Works with Solutions Architects to create and evaluate system designs
• Collaborates with customers on solution designs and deployments
• Maintains Expert Level Certifications in their technical areas of focus
• Engages and assists Solutions Engineers with key strategic accounts
• Provides both the pre-sales designs and mentor post-sales implementations with engineering peers
• Develops deployment standards for customer base and verticals. Ensures deployment standards and best practices are reflected in Statements of Work (SOW). Engages with other Senior Solutions Engineers, as well as local Solutions Architects, to improve and maintain deployment standards
• Assists Engineering Directors and Managers in identifying professional services opportunities and with recruiting and hiring efforts
• Pairs with Engineering Directors and Managers to review project scopes for validation
• Assists with bill of materials, statements of work, technical proposal components

Skills/Must Have:

• Proficiency in designing, deploying, and delivering enterprise security solutions
• Highly skilled in technical project management and documentation delivery
• A team player with the ability to mentor and onboard new engineers
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Expert level certifications
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry certifications

• $175,000 Base
