To grasp the scale of the problems we face, ideally, you have some exposure to Logistics, FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media, or other complex multifactor industries.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a senior data engineering role using Python; ideally, you have delivered business-critical software to large enterprises
• In-depth understanding of Snowflake's architecture, features, and capabilities.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse setup, configuration, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Snowflake features such as clustering, micro-partitions, Snowpipe (data ingestion), Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning, and external functions.
• Advanced SQL skills for creating, modifying, and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cloud-native services, networking, storage, and cloud security.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt (data build tool), Informatica, Talend, or Matillion.
• Knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques.
• Ability to integrate Snowflake with third-party tools for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.

Salary range: $85,000 - $150,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
